In the books...let's get caught up

We will be moving on to a new topic (ART) for inspiration this week, so if there are ANY posts on the grade check--from books/text only (work from the other themes will not be counted for credit at this point)--you need to do so no later than the end of PLT on Wednesday.

Use class time Tuesday to make up work you're missing. You can circle any work you complete today (or that I missed seeing somehow) on your grade check and turn it back in to to the basket or take it home for your reference to finish up work on your own.

Ask Carder to help you find supplies for the magazine poem, blackout pages, and newspaper cutouts if you need them. You can be writing in your journal or working on something else quietly if you've finished everything.

I will collect your journals NEXT Friday for our end of 1st quarter check.  You'll need 20 new full pages. We will add a few pages in class this week and next week, but you might need to be making your own time to get as much writing in as you need.

Optional:  IF you would like me to offer brief, supportive feedback on some of your work, leave a comment here listing 3-5 of your blog posts you'd like me to take a closer look at.

"Under the Rug", "Heart to Heart", "Why?" and "The Shack", if you can! I have a few things I will actually need from you, such as the list of questions for the 3 books that we shared since I wasn't there that day. Other than that I will work hard to try and get as much in as possible.
